Escapes Flowers & Events was established in 1993, and is located in Harahan, Louisiana. Owner, Cara Velez, attended LSU's College of Design, where she earned her degree in Landscape Architecture in 1990. Combined with her education, she has over 30 years of experience as a licensed florist.
